Description:
Aerial Closures are used for continuity protection of main cable and distribution cable. They are
applicable to new build or maintenance of aerial cables.
Features:

The one piece free breathing construction provides an excellent housing for cable splices in

the harshest of environments.

Free breathing and suitable for straight, butt and branch splices of non-pressurised

communication cables

Material: High-density polyethylene, strong and durable, UV-proof, anti-aging. The metal

parts are made of stain steel material making good looking.

The closure consists of three main components: a central body and two end seal pieces.
The end seal pieces provide a quick and easy method of installing cables, and have good

waterproof performances. Cable supports can also be provided.

After splice preparation and bonding, two closure end pieces are placed over the cable. The

central body is then closed over the end pieces and the splice to provide a secure cover. The body
is locked in place by bolts along its bottom (metal latches are available).

Suitable for splicing module and splicing connectors.
